We use your information only to respond to your inquiry and to discuss, quote and deliver the project you asked about, and to keep records of our communications with you. We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages (SMS) and calls
If you check the consent box on our form, you agree that Swadley Energy may call or text you at the number you provide about your project, including with automated technology. Consent is optional and isn’t required to buy anything.

Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host, customer-records system (HubSpot) and phone/text provider, and only so they can perform those services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law. We never share it with others for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as needed to respond to you, complete any work and meet legal and record-keeping requirements.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing [email protected]. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.
Children
Our website is not meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
